Oncepts Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy

You will not be entitled to any refunds of amounts already paid to Oncepts under the Agreement, and any such amounts will be deemed earned by Oncepts for Marketing and Consulting Services as liquidated damages.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel any Marketing Service at any time and for any reason after completion of the Initial Term by emailing Oncepts (a “Cancellation Request”) and with 15-day cancellation notice.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, if you wish to cancel any Marketing Service immediately prior to completing the Initial Term, you may do so, provided that Customer pays a cancellation fee equal to 50% of any unpaid portion of the Total Long-Term Investment (as defined in the Order Form) (the “Cancellation Fee”).
